When creating an Automated FBA prep order in the Jetpack dashboard, you may encounter error messages from Amazon. This guide explains what these errors mean and provides clear troubleshooting steps to resolve them so you can successfully create your FBA shipments.

Understanding FBA Prep Order Errors

Amazon validates your FBA prep orders against specific requirements for product dimensions, catalog status, hazmat classification, inventory limits, and more. When a product or shipment doesn’t meet these requirements, Amazon returns an error code with details about what needs to be fixed.
When searching for your Amazon product listing while creating an FBA prep order, always use the Amazon SKU or product name. This is crucial to ensure your product populates correctly in the order creation flow.
If you encounter an error not covered in this guide, contact Jetpack Care via Slack or email.
