This page covers Jetpack’s estimated carrier cutoff dates, SLA extensions, and fulfillment center closures for the 2026 peak season, along with the deadlines for value-added services, inbound inventory, and holiday forecasts.
Carriers haven’t published their official 2026 ship-by dates for Christmas yet. Those typically arrive in late fall. Peak volume can also cause unexpected delays, so treat every date on this page as an estimate rather than a guarantee.

2026 Holiday Carrier Cutoffs

To be fulfilled within SLA, orders must be imported into your Jetpack dashboard by the fulfillment center’s local cutoff time on the dates below. Carriers don’t guarantee delivery on or by any particular day. These dates take our carriers’ cutoffs into account, along with Jetpack processing time and carrier transit and delivery, to identify orders with a high likelihood of arriving before Christmas.

Cutoffs by Fulfillment Center

¹ US cutoffs are a conservative estimate and exclude Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, and military bases. ² Australian cutoffs vary based on the metro locations a package ships to and from. Jetpack follows the Christmas sending dates published by Australia Post.

International Cutoffs

For international shipments from any fulfillment center: If you use a ship option that isn’t listed on this page, contact Jetpack Care via Slack or email for its cutoff.

SLA Extensions and Service Changes

Value-Added Services Pause

Jetpack won’t accept kitting, de-kitting, disposal, or donation requests from November 20 through December 9, 2026. If you need any of these completed during that window, submit them before November 20. Submit paid or scheduled requests by September 30, 2026 to have them completed before peak. October is reserved for peak preparation, so no paid or scheduled requests are completed that month. Anything submitted in October moves to the next available date.

Inventory Audits

Inventory audits don’t run in October or during peak season (November 16 through December 23, 2026). Requests submitted during that time are scheduled for the next available date after peak.

Inbound Inventory Deadlines

Order inventory from your manufacturer as early as possible. Late inventory is the most common cause of stockouts during promotions and peak volume. These dates give your units the best chance of being available to fulfill by Black Friday (November 27, 2026). For how transfer orders and Hero Hub receiving work, see Using MultiHub IQ.

Receiving Requirements During Peak

Follow these guidelines to avoid receiving delays:
  • Create a WRO for all inbound inventory. Every package needs an accurate WRO. Without one, the inventory can’t be processed, goes on hold, and incurs daily URO fees.
  • Include your WRO ID when scheduling an inbound appointment.
  • Book every drop-off and pickup through OpenDock. You’ll need an OpenDock account to schedule appointments for inventory drop-offs and outbound pickups. See Booking Dock Appointments.
  • No appointment, no delivery. Jetpack reserves the right to refuse deliveries without a scheduled appointment.
  • Book dock space early. Dock space fills quickly during peak and can push first available dates out considerably, which may mean extra holding time with your courier.
  • No personal vehicle drop-offs. Individuals can’t drop off inventory in personal vehicles at any fulfillment center.

Sharing Your Holiday Forecast

Jetpack uses your forecast to scale up staffing and secure the capacity to fulfill your orders on time. Without an accurate forecast, we can’t plan for a spike in demand, and that can lead to processing delays. If you expect a large increase in orders between November 1 and December 26, 2026, tell your Jetpack Care Manager at least two weeks in advance.
Two weeks’ notice is the least time needed to staff up appropriately. Share your holiday plans as soon as you know them. The earlier you do, the more support Jetpack can arrange.

2026 Holiday Schedule

All fulfillment centers close early on Christmas Eve (December 24, 2026) and New Year’s Eve (December 31, 2026). Fulfillment centers are closed on the following dates:
Fulfillment centers may add weekend shifts to keep up with peak volume. These don’t affect your SLAs, but you may see orders labeled over the weekend.
