Jetpack’s Canada fulfillment centers offer comprehensive e-commerce fulfillment services with transparent, competitive pricing. All fees are denominated in CAD (with USD equivalents provided) and reflect the costs of operating high-quality fulfillment operations across Canada. This page provides complete pricing details for storage, fulfillment, receiving, and all extra services available at Canada fulfillment centers.
Credit Card Processing Fee: A 3% processing fee applies to storage fees if you meet these criteria: (1) your dashboard currency is set to CAD, (2) you use only Canada-based fulfillment centers, and (3) you pay by credit card. Choose ACH or Wire Transfer to avoid this fee on applicable charges.

D2C Fulfillment Fees

Direct-to-consumer (D2C) orders are shipments sent directly to individual customers. Jetpack uses a unified rate card approach for D2C fulfillment that combines multiple cost elements into one predictable fee per order.

Understanding Your Unified Rate Card

Each merchant receives a negotiated unified rate card that bundles:
  • Shipping costs - The carrier’s charge to deliver the package
  • First pick fee - Labor cost to pick the first item in an order
  • Processing fee - Order handling and processing charges
  • Standard packaging - Basic boxes, poly mailers, and packing materials
Your unified rate card is customized based on your order profiles, package dimensions, shipping destinations, and volume. Contact Jetpack Care to review or renegotiate your rate card as your business evolves.

Additional D2C Fees

Beyond your unified rate card, the following per-unit and special handling fees may apply:
B2C to B2B Threshold: If a D2C order contains 25 units or more, it automatically qualifies as a B2B order and will be charged B2B rates instead of D2C rates.

B2B Fulfillment Fees

Business-to-business (B2B) orders contain 25 or more units and include EDI orders, donation work orders, and Amazon FBA prep orders.

B2B Per-Order Fees

If a B2B order results in multiple shipments to the same address, only one per-order fee applies. Multiple fees apply if shipments go to different addresses, originate from multiple fulfillment centers, or are sent more than two weeks apart.

B2B Pick Fees

Pick Fee Caps for B2B Orders

To ensure fair pricing on large orders, pick fees are capped based on storage location type:
Pick Fee Cap Benefits: If your order picks large quantities from a single storage location, you benefit from automatic fee caps. Picks from multiple locations are charged separately without caps.

Receiving Fees

Receiving fees cover the cost of processing inbound inventory shipments at Canada fulfillment centers.

Warehouse Receiving Order (WRO) Fees

Always Create WROs: Create WROs in your dashboard before shipping inventory. Print and attach them to each box or pallet to avoid URO penalties.
WROs must be created by you in the Jetpack dashboard. A physical copy must be printed and attached to each incoming box or pallet.

Unidentified Receiving Order (URO) Fees

URO fees are charged daily after the allotted grace period when shipments arrive without proper WROs or have receiving issues.
Avoid URO Fees: Always create WROs in advance, ensure barcodes are scannable, match lot numbers exactly, and ship the quantities specified in your WRO. URO fees accumulate daily and can become significant.

Storage Fees

Storage fees are charged monthly per storage location but calculated and prorated daily. Each SKU occupies its own location (bin, shelf, or pallet) to prevent mixed inventory.

Standard Storage Locations

FC-Specific Storage Locations

Some fulfillment centers offer additional storage types:
Daily Proration: Although listed as monthly fees, storage is calculated daily. A SKU stored for 15 days in a $40/month location costs approximately $20 for that period.
Storage Assignment: You cannot specify which storage type Jetpack uses. During receiving, the team stows products in the smallest suitable location (bin → shelf → pallet) to optimize space.
