# Prohibited + Restricted Items

> Comprehensive list of prohibited and conditionally allowed products for Jetpack fulfillment services

  This policy outlines products that are prohibited or restricted from storage and shipment through Jetpack's fulfillment network. Understanding these requirements helps ensure compliance and prevents delays in your operations.

  This policy applies to Jetpack's outsourced fulfillment and transportation services. It does not apply to WMS-only agreements.
</Warning>

## Prohibited Products

The following products are strictly prohibited from Jetpack's fulfillment network and will not be accepted for storage or shipment.

### General Prohibited Items

    * Defective, damaged, or recalled items
    * Products with safety warnings or alerts
    * Unauthorized marketing materials
    * Items exceeding standard packaging capabilities
    * Counterfeit goods
    * Products with manufacturing value over USD \$300

  <Accordion title="Dangerous Goods Classifications">
    **High-Risk Dangerous Goods:**

    * Class 1: Explosives
    * Class 6: Toxic and infectious substances
    * Class 7: Radioactive materials
    * Division 2.3: Toxic gases
    * Division 4.2: Substances liable to spontaneous combustion
    * Division 4.3: Substances which emit flammable gases in contact with water

    **Battery Restrictions:**

    * Lithium-ion batteries ≥101Wh
    * Alkaline batteries ≥21Wh

  <Accordion title="HAZMAT Classifications">
    Substances indicating any of the following hazards:

    * Carcinogenicity
    * Germ cell mutagenicity
    * Reproductive toxicity
    * Specific target organ toxicity from single or repeated exposure

    Including but not limited to:

    * Heroin
    * LSD
    * MDMA
    * PCP
    * Psilocybin
    * Marijuana (cannabis products)
    * Cocaine
    * Methamphetamine
    * Prescription opioids (without proper authorization)

    **Kratom (all forms):**

    * Mitragyna speciosa
    * All kratom derivatives and extracts

    **Ephedrine Alkaloids:**

    * Ma huang
    * Ephedra sinica

    * Ephedra distachya
    * Other ephedra variants

    * Live, dead, or dried plants and animals (CPG exempt)
    * Perishable foods requiring refrigeration (meat, dairy, produce)
    * Bulk fertilizers over 40 lbs
    * Raw hemp for B2C orders

    * Ammunition
    * BB guns and airsoft weapons
    * Fireworks and pyrotechnics
    * Firearms and firearm parts
    * Pepper spray
    * Tasers and stun guns
    * Alcoholic beverages
    * Tobacco and nicotine products
    * Vape products and e-cigarettes

    * Prescription drugs and drug paraphernalia
    * Preowned or refurbished electronics
    * Theft devices (lockpicks, card skimmers)
    * CBD products containing THC (except Delta-9 compliant products)
    * Fuel-powered engines
    * Used electric engines
    * Non-safety matches
    * Currency and gift cards
    * Wildlife-derived products (ivory, sharkskin, feathers)
    * Class III medical devices (pacemakers, breast implants, defibrillators)
    * Similar high-risk medical equipment

## Conditional Products

The following products require written approval from Jetpack before they can be stored or shipped through our fulfillment network.

### Dangerous Goods (With Approval)

* Temperature-controlled storage
* GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance
* Products with less than 1 year shelf life remaining
* Special handling or storage conditions
