# De-Kitting

> Break down previously kitted products into their individual components using de-kitting work orders.

## Creating De-Kitting Work Orders in the Jetpack Dashboard

Follow these steps to create a de-kitting work order:

    1. Click **Orders** on the left-hand navigation bar
    2. Select **Work Orders** from the drop-down options

  <Step title="Select De-Kitting">
    1. Choose **De-Kitting**
    2. Click **Next**

  <Step title="Choose fulfillment center and product">
    1. Choose a fulfillment center from the drop-down list under **Select Fulfillment Center**
    2. Search for the product by name or product ID

  <Step title="Specify quantity to de-kit">
    Insert the number of kits you want Jetpack to de-kit.

  <Step title="Configure component products">
    1. Check all products that the kit contains
    2. Insert the quantity of each individual product

  <Step title="Add special instructions (Optional)">
    Insert any special instructions or upload attachments if needed.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Submit your request">
    Click the **Submit Request** button to finalize your de-kitting work order.
