# Sending Us Your Inventory

> Learn how to create Warehouse Receiving Orders (WROs) and send inventory to Jetpack Fulfillment Centers.

<div className="page-intro">
  Before Jetpack can fulfill your orders, you'll need to send inventory to one of our Fulfillment Centers (FCs). This process starts with creating a Warehouse Receiving Order (WRO) in your dashboard, which notifies us of your incoming shipment and ensures smooth receiving.
</div>

## What is a Warehouse Receiving Order (WRO)?

A Warehouse Receiving Order (WRO) is your formal notification to Jetpack that inventory is on the way. It contains critical details about your shipment:

* **Products and quantities** - What you're sending and how much
* **Destination FC** - Which fulfillment center will receive the shipment
* **Lot numbers and expiration dates** - For products requiring batch tracking
* **Shipment details** - Number of boxes/pallets and tracking information

Creating a WRO before shipping ensures Jetpack is prepared to receive your inventory quickly and accurately.
