# Arka Integration Guide

## Arka Integration Overview

With Arka's integration, available on the Jetpack Apps & Integrations page, you can order or re-order custom packaging that is automatically sent to your Jetpack fulfillment center.

### Custom Packaging Inventory Records

When you order custom packaging from Arka, the integration automatically creates a corresponding product record in your Jetpack dashboard, saving you time.

  After creating your custom packaging record, you must create a rule or bundle for the product to be added to each order. Additionally, ensure the product is marked as a custom box.

### Automatic Warehouse Receiving Order (WRO) Creation

Upon completing your Arka order, a new WRO is automatically created for the destination fulfillment center.

  If you are ordering for multiple fulfillment centers or hubs, each must be submitted as a separate order to avoid confusion.

## Setting Up Your Arka Integration

<Steps>
  <Step title="Navigate to the Arka integration page">
    Go to [https://www.arka.com/apps/shipbob](https://www.arka.com/apps/shipbob)
  </Step>

  <Step title="Connect to ShipBob">
    Click **Connect to ShipBob** and log in using your ShipBob password.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Authorize the integration">
    Name your installation "Arka" and click **Allow** to give consent.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Order custom packaging">
    Order custom packaging from Arka as you normally would.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select your fulfillment center">
    In the cart, select the ShipBob fulfillment center to which you want the packaging sent. The address will be auto-populated.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Verify product creation">
    Once the order is complete, you will see the packaging item (SKU beginning with "arka-xxxx") on your Products page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check for WRO creation">
    A new WRO will appear on your WROs page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Configure packaging rules">
    Mark the product as a custom box and set up any necessary rules or bundles to ensure the packaging is added to each order as needed.
